Qualifications:

"HACK", as he calls himself, has every qualification in computer science and diabolical engineering imaginable. Combined with his status as a perpetual virgin, this makes him an ideal mecha teacher.

Experience:

"HACK" has worked for several evil corporations, and has arguably done a lot of good, as most of the equipment he built caused horrible, maiming explosions.

Psychological Profile:

"HACK" is the only member of staff who is completely psychotic - even Beansprout is an angel compared to this man. Because of this, I have placed a suspended suffocation curse on him, and am ready to set it off whenever he shows signs of going completely off the rails.
